All-Star Jentrie

Jentrie started All-Stars this week. She has had a ton of practices, every day and most days twice a day.  She is on Cedar Nationals. We are so excited.She is #6. She had her 1st game of a tournament tonight and her team was on fire. When her team was up to bat they were all hitting, stealing bases and making it home. Then when they were in the field it was 3 up 3 down. It was a great game. They did not even get to finish the game because they were ahead by 10. I think that the final score was 13 to 0. Way to go Cedar Nationals. Hopefully the wind and rain will stop so we can play again tomorrow.

Stockden's Party

On Saturday we had Stockden's party and boy was he excited. He could not wait to get to the cake.We got the Lighting McQueen cake just like he wanted. He kept trying to take the cars off of the cake. We just had family over cooked hot dogs and had cake and ice cream. My mom and dad, Aunt Kati and Kacee, Grandma, Ron, Uncle Andres, Aunt Sarah, Tristen, Jose and Lane were all able to come. Ashlee we missed you. Today was Andres's birthday Stockden was not about to share the toys off the cake with him though. We had a great time. Thank you to all that could make it. Thank you for the wonderful gifts he loves them. Ashlee and Kati got him a tent and he had to sleep in it tonight.  Happy Birthday Andres thanks for sharing your day with us!!!

All-Stars

Jentrie got the call last night that she made the All Star Baseball team. I was so excited for her. I think I was even more excited than she was. Have to keep updated on the games. I know she has a tournament this next weekend. I am so happy for her and so excited to watch her play. Congrats Jentrie!!!

Happy Birthday Stockden!!!

                                                  

My big little boy is 3 today!! I do not know where the time has gone. 3 years ago this beautiful 7lb 4oz 19 1/2 in baby boy joined our family and we have been on the run ever since. Stockden is such a fun and smart little boy.

                                          3 Things I Love about Stockden
1. He loves his family. He calls his sisters his Girls. He is always telling Jentrie or Staelie that they are his best friend.
2. He LOVES Trucks!!! Everything in his world should come with a trailer or at least be able to pull one.
3. He loves to cuddle and be loved. He wants a kiss every time that he gets hurt.

Stockden is definitely his own person. He loves loves loves cowboy boots and wears them all the time. He loves to wear them with his shorts much to my dads dismay. He always asks is he is a real cowboy. He is all boy he loves to be outside and dirty. He can entertain himself forever playing with cars, trucks and trains. He loves to help his dad. He is a huge fan of Cars the movie and thinks Lighting McQueen is where it is at. We love you Stockden and are so glad you are in our family.

Crazy Sunday

Today has been one of those days. Did not make it to church today had a neighbor having a major fit because Jose's dog had gotten out. Then Stockden is on day 3 of potty training he has done so good. Only 2 accidents and one of them happened to be when it was church time. Gotta love it. I had a roast in the fridge, all ready to be put in the crock pot in the morning for dinner tonight and that did not happen so I have dinner for tomorrow just nothing for today. Oh well I guess you have to have days like this to appreciate the good ones. We did take a drive up to Woods Ranch and walked up to Kids Pond. Stockden loved that. The kids then played on the swings that are there and we headed home.I went to get my phone to take pictures and realized I left it plugged in at home.  We are attempting to make Cinnamon Rolls hope they turn out. We have kind of had to realize today was not going to go our way but have made the best out of it anyway!!!

Ashlee's Farewell Party

My sister Ashlee is headed to New York City to live for 2 months. My mom and sisters Kati and Kacee put together a little get together before she went. They did such a great job. It looked great. They had a spot for people to write advise to Ashlee. McKall loved that. The kids had a great time. Ashlee's friend Sandi brought her adorable little boy Aiden he is 5 months old and oh so cute. Stockden loved him. He couldn't figure out why the baby did not have boots. He kept wanting to hold him and would wave at him whenever he saw him. Aiden is such a good baby. He let the kids talk to him and hold him. It was fun to just hang out with the family and Ashlee's really great friends. Hope you have an amazing time in New York Ashlee and get to do all the things you want. Ashlee amazes me she sets her mind to something and does it. She doesn't let fear stop her. She gets to have some amazing adventures because fear does not define her. I am in awe. I am such a baby about things and would be to scared to head off by myself. I guess I will just have to live through Ashlee!!! Ha Ha
